Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to digital products purchased from Wildbright through wildbright.world. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All products listed on our Shop page are digital downloads, including workout guides, spatial training manuals, and leverage reference charts. No physical items are shipped.

Delivery

Upon confirmed payment, digital products are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery typically occurs within one to two business days. If you do not receive your download link within this timeframe, contact us at help@wildbright.world.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

• The digital file was not delivered to your email address.
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened in standard PDF or image formats.
• The product content significantly differs from its description on the Shop page.

Refunds are generally not available once a digital product has been successfully downloaded and accessed, except in cases of technical defect or misrepresentation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order details:

• Full name and email address used for purchase
• Product name and purchase date
• Reason for the refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within five to ten business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Free Platform Tools

The workout generator, space guide, streak calendar, and bodyweight assembler are free platform tools and are not subject to this Return Policy.
